How Secure Is The Leaders’ Connection?

Data is stored on BNP Paribas Wealth Management servers, and is secured in the same way as proprietary bank information and client data.

How Is Confidentiality Of Banking Data Addressed On The Platform?

The Leaders’ Connection is not linked to any existing Wealth Management client account system. Thus, no information on Members’ activity with the bank is accessible or visible on The Leaders’ Connection.


Members are in total control on this platform: Members can edit and publish his/her profiles on the platform before it is visible to all other Members.  


The e-mail registered on The Leaders’ Connection will not be visible on the Members’ profile.  After a Member has initiated contact through a private message with another Member, discussion will continue outside the platform via personal email accounts. The phone number registered on the platform will never be released to others Members.

Do I Have Control Over The Information Displayed In My Member Profile?

Members can review, amend and edit their profile on the platform at all times.

Profile includes:

  • Name (last name is not required to be listed in full)
  • Location
  • Picture and brief description of the member
  • Sector and Geographical Investment Interests

Once validated by the Member, a confirmation screen is displayed and profile is published on the platform and visible to other members

Profile is displayed in the Network section of the application; the editable version is available in the menu "More".

Can I Sign In To The Leaders' Connection With Several Devices At The Same Time?

Yes, multi-device connection is possible.

How Can I Update My Email And Phone Number Registered On The Platform?

Provide your Relationship Manager with your updated contact details and he/she will update The Leaders' Connection.

How Can I Edit My Profile?

Go to the More section, click on My Profile, edit your profile and save it.

Can I Recommend A Peer To The Leaders' Connection?

Reach out to your Relationship Manager, he/she will guide you through the process.

Can I Opt Out From The Platform?

Yes, contact your Relationship Manager or the Leaders’ Connector to inform them that you wish to opt out; your profile will be deleted instantly.

How To Report A Bug?

Click on the Leaders' Connectors' profiles, then click on the email icon, tick the box "I wish to report a bug".
