In the first part of the video, Benoît Léchenault, Head of AgriFrance, analyzes trends of the past year and especially how difficult climatic conditions and low economic growth influenced the agricultural, forestry and wine markets.
 
The second part is focused on the fundamental question of generational renewal in the agricultural and wine sectors. Although the active working population is getting older throughout Europe, Benoît and his team suggest some solutions to change this trend and encourage new entrants.
