Investor Profile Guide
Your Investor Profile needs to be up to date in order to ensure continuity in the execution of your financial product orders. According to the legislation, your Investor Profile needs to be confirmed or completed (if your situation has changed) at least once a year.
If your situation has not changed during the year and your answers remain unchanged, you will only need to confirm your current Investor Profile at the end of the survey.
HOW TO CONFIRM OR COMPLETE YOUR INVESTOR PROFILE?
1. Confirm or complete your Investor Profile in myWealth, your online banking solution, by clicking on "Investor Profile" at the bottom right of your dashboard.
2. On this new page, click on the "My Investor Profile" button. A new tab opens. To access the survey, click on "Edit your profile".
3. Review your current profile stored in the system.
a. If your situation has not changed: confirm your profile via the "Validate" button at the end of the survey.
b. If your situation has changed during the year: adapt the answers and confirm your new situation by clicking on the "Validate" button at the end of the survey.
Your Investor Profile is then determined and saved.
You can update the survey at any time in myWealth if your situation changes, by adjusting the answers according to your new risk tolerance, financial situation or investment objectives.
