Equities remain the asset class of choice. Indeed, stock markets should be able to pursue their fundamentally positive trend as the global economy keeps on accelerating. Why? In contrast to developed countries, emerging markets are not on the verge of seeing growth accelerating. What are the reasons why? As for bond markets, even though the global economic picture is brightening, the underlying dynamics remain fragile, leaving inflationary threats as distant ones. What are the consequences? Last of all, alternative investments (hedge funds, US dollar and gold) are a good alternative. We'll explain why.
