New Client Experience Takes Centre Stage At Bnp Paribas Wealth Management

BNP Paribas today unveiled its new wealth management experience for clients in Asia, in line with its global response to the changing industry landscape.

Over a year in the making, BNP Paribas’ Client Experience program (CX) involves a series of ground breaking innovations and solutions which are now available in one of the Bank’s important growth regions.

Developed through close collaboration between a select group of clients, fintechs and our wealth management specialists, the Bank has developed ten products globally, of which five were conceived in Asia.

Each product will enhance and enrich the client experience, improving a part of the client journey, be it starting a relationship with us, creating or seizing investment opportunities or reaching the highest level of security.  The ultimate goal is to bring these ten solutions together into a single, unified platform where each client will have all his or her expectations fully met.

Singapore is one of the CX factories for BNP Paribas Wealth Management globally and the only location in Asia Pacific. Working along-side its European counterparts, e.g. in Switzerland and Luxembourg, the Singapore factory is responsible for creating a more responsive and adaptive style of wealth management services for clients.

Seven digital solutions are being rolled out including The Leaders’ Connection, myConference, Voice of Wealth and Youmanist.  They are open and available to eligible clients.  The launch of the other products has already commenced via systems being used by some of our early adopter clients and will be progressively industrialized during 2017 across our various regions.
