How Can I Be Certain Of The Opportunities Proposed? Are They Certified By BNP Paribas?

Opportunities are published by members and are subject to posting Members' due diligence capability. The bank has not done any due diligence on any opportunities proposed by the platform’s Members to other Members.

BNP Paribas published high level information on sale-side mandates for which the bank has been appointed by the seller as an advisor, and hence is subject to bank's due diligence.

Who Are The Leaders’ Connectors? What Is Their Role?

The community managers are referred to as the "Leaders’ Connectors"; they are members of the Wealth Management Key Client Group (KCG). This is a team that supports Relationship Managers in managing their key relations. Four of the KCG team members are dedicated to assisting Members with any questions related to the platform. Two of the Leaders’ Connectors are based out of Paris, and one is based in Singapore and another one in Hong Kong.

Who Reviews The Search For A Co-Investor?

The four Leaders’ Connectors read through the search for co-investors and verify that information is in line with platform’s rules, but no due diligence is done by BNP Paribas on the underlying assets.
