At the age of 43, Benoît Léchenault has been the specialist in rural property transactions for BNP Paribas Wealth Management for over 10 years now. Farming estates, vineyards, forests and châteaux hold no secret for this expert, who spends much of his time in the field surveying and has a perfect knowledge of all the main regions in France – Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Provence and the Centre.

Coming from an agricultural background, Benoît Léchenault graduated as an engineer in estate management and rural law. He then began his career in Alsace providing advisory and estate appraisal for professional clients in the rural sphere (major landowners, winegrowers, foresters and farmers).

In 1988, Benoît Léchenault joined Agrifrance, a company specialized in rural property advisory and transactions that already had a 40-year track record.

In the early 2000s, Agrifrance integrated the Private Banking arm of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. Benoît Léchenault has been the Head of Agrifrance since 2007. With a team of agricultural and viticultural engineers, he is constantly developing a complete range of specific services: audits, market opinions, wealth engineering and negotiations on behalf of Key Clients (Ultra high net worth individual).
