Vincent Lecomte - CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Vincent Lecomte is CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. He was most recently Co-CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management and prior to that post he served as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).

He joined Paribas’ Securities Services business in France in 1992. In 2005, Lecomte became Deputy Head of the Personal Investors business line and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Cortal Consors, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas. He also spent three years in Germany as Head of the securities business. He held several positions in the consulting field at the beginning of his career. Lecomte is a graduate of ESCP Europe.

Anne Pointet - Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Anne Pointet is Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. She was most recently Head of the french South-East Region of BNP Paribas from 2016. 

In 2012, she joined French Retail Banking as Director of a Business Centre in Marseille then as Director of the Group of the retail network and Private Banking Centre of Paris XVIth. She joined BNP Paribas in 2007 as Head of Middle East within International Retail Banking and then Head of the French Overseas network. She graduated in economics and political sciences and is a former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (2003). She began her career at the Ministry of Defense as Head of the public international law office and then at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry as financial Counselor for the Middle East. She is a French Foreign Trade Advisor and alumni of the young talent program of the Institute of International Finance.

Béatrice Belorgey - Head of BNP Paribas Private Banking France


Béatrice Belorgey is Head of the French BNP Paribas Private Banking division. In 2009, Belorgey took on the responsibility of Group Investor Relations in addition to her previous position as Group Head of Financial Information. Prior to which, in 2000, she was Head of Financial Products and of the Advisory Desk for Wealth Management in Luxembourg.

Belorgey has also worked on the Corporate & Investment Banking Fixed Income team and the Corporate Finance team. She began her career at BNP Paribas in 1986 as a credit analyst in the Paris Regional Management Team. Belorgey graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and the CEFA financial analyst program.

Pierre Vrielinck - Head of Strategic Planning


Pierre Vrielinck is Head of Strategic Planning and a member of the Global Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management.

Between 2017 and late 2019, Pierre Vrielinck was CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Asia Pacific. 

Previously, Pierre Vrielinck was CEO of Wealth Management Switzerland and Emerging Markets based in Geneva.

From 2009 to 2014, he was Chief Operating Officer for BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA.

He was also a member of the General Management team of BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA.

Pierre Vrielinck joined the Bank in Paris in the 1990s, where he held various management positions.

Mignonne Cheng - Chairman of Global Asian Markets

Mignonne Cheng is Chairman of BNP Paribas Wealth Management for Asia Pacific and a member of the Global Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. A seasoned banker, Mignonne Cheng has amassed over 30 years of experience in the financial sector with over 20 years in senior management positions covering a vast scope of areas, from corporate and commercial banking to investment banking.

Cheng was made Deputy Chief Executive Officer for North Asia (Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau) following the merger of BNP and Paribas in 2000. In that role, she oversaw all financing activities as well as the client coverage teams represented by Corporate & Financial Institutions, Shipping, Premium Group and Structured Finance. Cheng has also held various positions within the BNP Paribas Hong Kong Branch, including Region Manager for North Asia, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager for the Chinese Division. She was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Head of Corporate & Commercial Banking group in 1995.



Arnaud Tellier is CEO for APAC at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and a member of the Global Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management.

Arnaud Tellier is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic objectives for the wealth management franchise in Asia Pacific. 

Previously, Arnaud Tellier was Head of Investment Services APAC between 2015 and 2018 and Head of Wealth Management, Singapore and Southeast Asia subsequently.

Arnaud Tellier has a wide experience in Corporate and Investment Banking ranging from Capital markets, Corporate Finance and Country Management.  

Marguerite Burghardt - Chief Conduct Officer for Wealth Management Global Asian & International Markets


In October 2018, Marguerite Burghardt became Chief Conduct Officer for Wealth Management International Markets. She is responsible for ensuring the necessary change management to achieve our conduct ambition and to establish the relevant conduct framework across our Wealth Management Global Asian & International Markets.
She is also a member of Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM) Executive Commitee.

Marguerite Burghardt began her career in 1993 at the Group in the Corporate and Investment Bank holding various positions in both corporate banking and global markets and in the functions. She was most recently the Head of the Group Trade Finance Competence Center and Conduct Ambassador for Transaction Banking. Marguerite graduated from ESCP Europe and holds a master degree in economy from Sciences Po in Paris.

Magali Coadour - Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at BNP Paribas Wealth Management, Magali is responsible for the Wealth Management processes operations and technology teams around the world.

Prior to joining the Group’s private banking activities, she was COO of the Group’s Compliance department. Creating this role from scratch, Magali successfully implemented an entire organization, budget, and operating guidelines globally for Compliance, supervising a worldwide team. 

Magali graduated from the Sciences Po University in Paris before working in the IT consulting field for several years.

François Dacquin - Head of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Luxembourg and International Europe Markets


François Dacquin has been CEO Wealth Management Luxembourg & International Europe Markets since April 2017. He is also member of the Management Board of BGL BNP Paribas and member of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management Executive Committee.

He first joined BNP Paribas in 1993, starting in the Financing and Investment Bank division before becoming part of the Internal Audit. In 2001, he moved into Wealth Management (WM) as Head of Risk & Credit. Then from 2004 to 2010, he served as Head of Investment Services for WM Switzerland & Emerging Markets, and as Global Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management for the global Wealth Management division. In 2010, he was appointed Head of Strategic Initiatives and Marketing Transversal Team and contributed to realising major developments in Wealth Management.

Rémi Frank - Head of Key Client Group


Rémi Frank is Head of the Key Client Group at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and a member of the Global Executive Committee.

Frank created and developed the Capital Markets Derivative Products before moving on to become the Head of Sales and Structuring of the BNP Paribas Business Equities and Derivatives. Rémi Frank joined the BNP Paribas group as a trader, later becoming Head of Asia FX Options, first in Paris, then Singapore, and finally in Tokyo.

Elena Goitini I BNP Paribas Wealth Management



Elena Goitini joined the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management as Head of BNL – BNP Paribas Private Banking & Wealth Management Italy.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. She started working in Milan as consultant for PWC and then she moved to UniCredit Group with several key assignments in Italy, Germany, Austria, Turkey and Poland.

She graduated in Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan and achieved Management Diplomas from SDA Bocconi, INSEAD and IMD Lausanne.

Claire Maldera - Head of Human Resources


Claire Maldera is Head of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Human Resources, also member of the executive committee. She entered the BNP Paribas Group in 1999 in Retail Banking in France (BDDF) and then moved to an HR career within the International Retail Network (IRB), Personal Finance and most-recently the Global Markets and Financial Institutions Coverage businesses.

A graduate of Oxford Brookes University and Kent University, also holding a corporate legal advisory degree, Claire started her career as a legal advisor.

Olivier Maugarny - Head of Offering and Sales & Marketing Transversal Mission


Olivier Maugarny is Head of Offering and Sales & Marketing Transversal Mission. He oversees products and services for the business, including product design, market advisory management services, fiduciary services and wealth management.

Maugarny joined BNP Paribas Private Banking as Head of the Advisory Desk in 2000. Formerly, he was Managing Director of BNP Equities France. Before joining the BNP Paribas Group in 1990, Olivier Maugarny was a consultant at Thomson-CSF and an engineer by training.

Sébastien Mespoulet - Deputy Head of Products and Services - Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM)


Sébastien Mespoulet is Deputy Head of Products & Services in charge of Global Asian and International Markets (GAIM).

He supervises products & services including Advisory and Execution services, Discretionary Portfolio Management and Wealth Planning activities for this area.

He entered BNP Paribas in 1998 as Institutional Sales in Luxemburg. In 2001 he joined the newly created Structured Products Desk in Paris before taking up several senior positions of Head of Products & Services for Asia (2007), Switzerland (2010), International Markets (2014) and then GAIM (2018).

Sébastien Mespoulet is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence (Economy and Finance) and holds a master degree in Finance.


Hubert Musseau - Head of Switzerland & Emerging Markets


As Head of Switzerland & Emerging Markets, Hubert Musseau oversees offices in Switzerland, Brazil, Jersey and the Persian Gulf in addition to several emerging markets. After an initial assignment with Corporate & Institutional Banking as a credit analyst for Asia, followed by five years spent in the Inspection Générale department as an inspector and subsequently a team leader, Musseau joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management in 2005 as Head of Risk Management and a member of the Executive Committee.

In 2006, he was appointed Wealth Management's Chief Operating Officer, before becoming the local Wealth Management Deputy Chief Executive Officer in Brazil in 2011. Hubert Musseau graduated from EM Lyon (École de Management de Lyon) and holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Econometrics from the Panthéon – Assas University Paris II.

Jérôme Tournigand - Head of International Retail Markets for Wealth Management


In January 2016, Jérôme Tournigand became Head of International Retail Markets for the Wealth Management Division and a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Wealth Management and International Retail Banking. He is responsible for the supervision and coordination of private banks on the branch networks in Turkey, Luxembourg, Germany, Morocco, Poland and China.

From 2005 to 2015, Jérôme Tournigand was posted in Luxembourg, first as a market manager for French clientele, then at BGL BNP Paribas as Private Banking Director for the Luxembourg branch network. In 1992, he joined BNP Group's branch network in Chalon-sur-Saône, France. After a position in the Inspection Générale audit department, he joined the French Private Banking function in 2001. Jérôme Tournigand is a graduate of INSEEC Business School in Paris.

Stéphane Vermeire - Head of BNP Paribas Fortis Private Banking


Stéphane Vermeire is Head of BNP Paribas Fortis Private Banking in Belgium. Vermeire was previously Head of Public & Wholesale Banking International and a member of the management board of Dexia Credit Local in Paris.

In his past experiences, he oversaw the international expansion of Dexia Retail Banking. He also held various management positions within the retail and private banking sectors of the Dexia Group. Prior to joining Dexia, Vermeire worked as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. Stéphane Vermeire holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Commercial Engineering from the Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium, as well as a Master’s Degree in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, USA.
