BNP Paribas Wealth Management invests in the professional excellence of its Private Bankers by launching an internal training and certification programme
Being one of the leading global wealth managers, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has been in the forefront of providing best-in-class services to our clients.
In this context, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has launched the global training and certification programme ‘BNP Paribas certified Private Banker’ for its Private bankers. This programme was designed and is continuously monitored by the BNP Paribas Wealth Management University.
Our training and certification programme has been accredited by the Institute of Banking and Finance of Singapore (IBF), and recognised across the financial industry as a mark of quality. This accreditation, which is granted for a five year period, underlines the quality of the certification programme in Asia.
The ‘BNP Paribas Certified Private Banker’ programme also received European accreditation from the European Financial Planning Association (EFPA) for the Wealth Management (“Gestion de Fortune”) program in France.
This programme includes both web-based and class-room trainings, covering risk & compliance, financial management, wealth planning, credit, and client interaction skills. Following the trainings, the Private Bankers’ knowledge is validated by technical questionnaires as well as an oral case study in front of a panel of examiners. Upon successful completion of the programme, the Private Banker obtains the ‘BNP Paribas Certified Private Banker’ title.
The professional certification status is the seal of approval from the market that our Private Bankers epitomize professional excellence, integrity and a strong commitment to industry development.
