Professional Wealth Management magazine, a publication of the Financial Times Group, has launched the first annual Global Wealth Tech Awards, which recognise the increasingly important role played by technology in private banking today.

Each February, private banks operating globally or in one of the following regions (Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America, Middle East and Africa) are invited to submit their entry before the deadline, at the beginning of April.

Institutions are asked to highlight key achievements, changes or improvements made during the past 12 months in relation to how technology is transforming their business models and contributing to drive growth, support advisers, enhance brand and improve client experience.

The submissions have been judged by an expert panel of eight industry professionals based in North America, Asia and Europe.
