On 4 December, BNP Paribas Wealth Management launched the first edition of its talk show In the Spotlight, a new format designed to give a voice to people driving change in the world of entrepreneurship.
A new way to tell entrepreneurial stories
Hosted by Laura Lesueur, Founder of the Legend Ladies podcast, this talk show brought together three people with a unique journey. These speakers shared genuine insights into business creation, risk-taking, resilience, and the strategic decisions that shape the journey of an entrepreneur.

As well as the speakers, this first edition brought together passionate entrepreneurs from the tech, design, sports, hospitality and media sectors.
Other attendees included Vincent Lecomte, CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management, and Cyrille Fontbostier, Entrepreneurship Commercial Animation Manager at BNP Paribas Banque Privée. Their presence reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and next-generation entrepreneurs who are all playing a role in transforming the economy.
