Antoine Chemali is CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Middle East, based in Dubai, where he is entrusted with all Wealth Management operations & activities for the region and for the Middle East teams based in Geneva and Luxembourg.
Before being promoted CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Middle East, he was the Head of GCC market at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. Based in Dubai, Antoine was leading the Wealth Management teams covering GCC clients.
Antoine brings with him well-tested experience in private banking, asset management, hedge funds and venture capital industries across the GCC, the UK and the US. Before joining BNP Paribas Wealth Management, he was the Global Head of Private Banking at FAB, leading the strategy and its execution for the Group globally. Prior to that, Antoine was managing a Hedge Fund where he advised private clients and families in the GCC, asset managers and venture investors in the UK.
Antoine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a MBA from INSEAD.
Vijay Narain is currently the Market Head for NRI, based in Dubai. In his capacity, Vijay oversees all the Non-Resident India clients based in the GCC and in Europe.
Vijay has a 30+ years international experience in Banking and Financial services in the Consumer Banking, Product Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking and Wealth Management industries.
Before joining BNP Paribas Wealth Management, Vijay was in charge of the NRI Market within CA Indosuez based in Dubai. Prior to that, he was the Head of their representative office in Dubai. Before CA Indosuez where he spent 17 years, Vijay worked for Standard Chartered and Citibank both in Bahrain and Dubai.
Vijay holds a MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Development & Research in Poona, India.
Michael Pereira is the GCC Market Head of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Middle East. He is responsible for driving our strategy in the GCC market and is leading several Group's initiatives in the Middle East.
Michael brings with him an extensive experience within BNP Paribas Group. Previously, Michael was Executive Vice Presicentm Group Head of Wealth Management for Bank of the West, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas.
Prior to leading Wealth Management in Bank of the West, Michael has help a number of positions within the BNP Paribas Group including Head of UAE territory for BNP Paribas, Chief General Manager Commercial BNPP India, Head of Corporate Development of Personal Finance France, Head of HNWI Mortgages of Personal Finance Geneva,Head of North-Africa region BNPP Europe Mediterranean and CEO BNPI OBU Mauritius.
Michael's career with the Group has covered projects and assignments in India and China, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the US.
Michael is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce.
Ramzi Mouawad is the Head of Middle East Market for Wealth Management Switzerland, based in Geneva.
Since 2013, Ramzi Mouawad was the Market Head for GCC and KSA International for BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Dubai, managing a team of private bankers and coordinating the coverage of Key Clients in the region.
Before joining BNP Paribas Wealth Management, Ramzi worked for Deutsche Bank in the Global Markets division overseeing Private Institutional Clients in the UAE and the Levant offering them tailor-made solutions in a wide range of activities. He started his career in Paris at Merrill Lynch as a Private Banker.
Ramzi holds a bachelor of Science from the American University of Paris and a Master in Business Administration from London Business School.
Khurram Jafree is Head of Products and Services for Middle East at BNP Paribas Wealth Management, based in Dubai. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Wealth Management, he was Director and Head of Investment Advisory, Middle East for Barclays Wealth in Dubai and before that Chair of the Investment Committee, Investment Director at Gerrard Investment Management, Barclays Wealth in London responsible for all Discretionary Portfolio Management activity.
Before Barclays Wealth, he specialized in advising Middle Eastern sovereign and institutional clients on their US equity investments at Legg Mason, and at Oppenheimer & Co in London before that. He started his career in New York as a financial futures and commodities specialist.
He is a Senior Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Finance at Cass Business School, City University in London where he lectures on the MBA program. He holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Surrey in Guildford, and an MBA from Cass Business School, City University.
Jacques-Antoine is the Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Middle East since early 2019. He is based in Dubai from where he oversees the regional operations of the MEA market.
Before joining BNP Paribas, he was the Head of Business Management for the Global South Asia and Middle East business for Bank of Singapore in Dubai. Prior to that, Jacques-Antoine spent more than a decade at Barclays in their Wealth Management division across Europe and the Middle East.
Jacques-Antoine brings over 15+ years of experience gained across multiple roles within the front, back & product office. Having started his career in a law firm, Jacques-Antoine holds a LLM in International Business Law from the University of Lyon and a MSc in Finance & Law from EM Lyon Business School.
