COVID19 UPDATE

At BNP Paribas Wealth Management, the health and well-being of our employees, our clients, their families and all the people who work with us is our highest priority. We are doing everything to keep them safe while maintaining continuity of service to our clients
We are monitoring the situation on an ongoing basis as it evolves, both globally and locally where we operate, and we have organised everything to ensure that we can adapt immediately, in line with guidelines from our Group and from each country’s health authorities and regulators.
We are prepared and have already implemented pre-emptive, precautionary measures, when necessary, to continue running our businesses seamlessly - such as alternate sites, expanded work-from-home capabilities and split teams if, where and when necessary. In this respect, we will continue to serve you and are committed to doing our best to limit the impact on the quality of our service. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any delay or inconvenience this may create.
We commit to provide you with regular updates on the financial markets from our Chief Investment Officer, daily when needed, on these evolutions and will share those views both by videos and emails, and through your Wealth Manager Relationship Manager, available by call or through virtual methods of communication. Your Relationship Manager will also continue to provide you all the services you need and that he/she can deliver, and will demonstrate to you every day you were right to trust BNP Paribas as your privileged partner to manage your wealth with a long-term horizon.
BNP Paribas' fundamentals are very sound and robust. Our financial structure is very solid: our Common Equity Tier 1 ratio is at +12% and our liquidity reserves were at 309 billion euros at the end of 2019. Our diversified model, by business and geography, is also an important factor for strong resilience in the face of uncertain situations like the one we are facing today. Be sure also we will continue to give you all relevant information regarding our Group and its solidity in this difficult environment, and please ask your Relationship Manager if you want to know more about our Bank’s situation.
This is a challenging time for all of us, you our clients, our employees, our families, and the wider community where we live and work. During difficult times like these, it’s important we come together and harness the resources of our business to ensure your and our safety and security.
Please stay safe, follow strictly the health guidelines from your local authorities and take good care of yourself.
