Conditions regarding the processing of your personal data and banking secrecy : I recognize and accept that BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA (hereafter “the Bank”) may outsource to Notified Digital Media AB (hereafter “Notified”), a third party service provider abroad, the provision of a solution for webstreaming of events such as conferences, which implies the processing and storage of My Personal Data (as defined below). For this purpose, Notified has been carefully selected, instructed and supervised by the Bank. I expressly authorize the Bank to communicate to Notified My Personal Data (as defined below) including for the purpose of storing My Personal Data (as defined below). This includes, amongst others name, surname, position occupied, e-mail address, as well as any information required in order for the event to take place and for its smooth running (“My Personal Data”). The Bank shall in addition take appropriate measures in order to preserve the confidentiality of My Personal Data concerned by this outsourcing. The Bank will verify in particular that Notified complies with the obligations that are imposed on it in order to preserve the security and confidentiality of the data, notably in terms of access to information being on a “need to know” basis. Need to know means that My Personal Data shall be accessible to directors, officers, employees, agents and subcontractors of Notified, which need to have access to My Personal Data to enable the Bank and/or the BNP Paribas Group to provide the solution for webstreaming of events, but also for purposes related to such Notified’sown requirements that are implemented as part of the outsourcing. I hereby release the Bank from its statutory obligation not to disclose any information on me, pursuant to the terms of this clause. I acknowledge and agree that banking secrecy is waived, so as to allow the Bank to perform its obligations and exercise its rights as stipulated above. I also recognize the transfer of My Personal Data outside Switzerland results in, such data no longer being governed by Swiss law and My Personal Data are then subject to the applicable foreign laws, which may provide a level of protection different from that provided under Swiss law.
